An order asks for a name, an address and an e-mail. Here is what the house does with them, and what it does not.
Who is responsible
The data controller is To complete — the registered name of the SAS end of the item to complete, whose details appear in the legal notice. For any question, write to bonjour@artzaman.fr.
What the house collects
- For an order: name, delivery address, e-mail, and where the carrier asks for one, a telephone number.
- For an account: the e-mail address, and the name Google supplies if you sign in that way.
- For a payment: nothing touching the card. Stripe handles the payment and the house keeps only the reference.
No analytics are installed on this site, so there is no profiling, no advertising tracker, and nothing to resell.
Why, and on what basis
- To fulfil and deliver the order: performance of the contract.
- To issue and keep invoices: a legal obligation.
- To hold an account and a basket, where one is opened: performance of the contract.
- To answer a claim: the house’s legitimate interest in defending its position.
For how long
- Accounting records — invoices, order lines — are kept for the statutory retention period.
- Technical payment events, which carry the name and billing address, are purged after ninety days.
- Deleting an account takes its sessions, address book, basket and favourites with it.
Invoices, however, cannot be erased on request: they are accounting records. An erasure request anonymises the account and the address book, never the documents issued.
To whom the house entrusts it
- To the workshop that makes and ships the print: name and delivery address, and nothing else.
- To Stripe, for payment and invoicing.
- To its e-mail provider, for sign-in links and dispatch notices.
- To its host, which stores the site’s data.
No data is sold, rented or transferred for advertising purposes.
Outside the European Union
The workshop that makes the prints is established outside the Union for part of the orders: the recipient’s name and address are therefore transferred there. To complete — the legal basis for this transfer: adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or other — to be settled by a lawyer end of the item to complete.
Cookies, and the absence of a banner
This site sets only the cookies its operation requires: the session of a signed-in account, and a draft e-mail address for the duration of a failed sign-in. They are exempt from consent, so there is no banner to dismiss before entering.
The basket of a visitor who is not signed in never leaves their browser.
Your rights
Everyone has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over their own data. Write to bonjour@artzaman.fr; the house answers within the one-month period set by the regulation.
Where disagreement persists, a complaint may be lodged with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
If this page changes
The version in force is the one shown here, and it carries its revision date. A change affecting the purpose of a processing operation would be announced to account holders.
